Bakłażanowe łódeczki z ziarenkami granata i serem feta ozdobione kiełkami z buraczka

Bakłażany zwane też oberżynami lub gruszkami miłości są doskonałym źródłem błonnika, wspomagają trawienie i wzbogacają nasz organizm w potas, magnez i wapń. Są  doskonałym źródłem witamin z grupy B a także C i A. Są niskokaloryczne, mają właściwości detoksykacyjne, zmniejszają ryzyko zachorowania na choroby nowotworowe, poprawiają przemianę materii, obniżają poziom cholesterolu i zapobiegają chorobom układu krążenia. Nie powinno się  ich podawać małym dzieciom i osobom mającym problemy z nerkami i układem pokarmowym ze względu na ich długi czas trawienia.

Danie łatwe w przygotowaniu

Czas przygotowania: około 50 min z pieczeniem

 

Składniki:
– 2 małe bakłażany
– 2 ząbki czosnku
– około 4 łyżek oliwy z oliwek
– małe opakowanie sera feta
– owoc granatu
– sól
– świeżo mielony pieprz
– zioła prowansalskie
– kiełki (u mnie z buraka)
Przygotowanie:

KROK 1:
Piekarnik rozgrzewamy do 220 stopni.

KROK 2:
Odcinamy końcówkę bakłażana i kroimy wzdłuż na połowę.

KROK 3:
Następnie nacinamy go w kratkę (patrz zdjęcie).

KROK 4:
Solimy i zostawiamy na kilka minut do czasu pojawienia się kropelek z soku. Kropelki ścieramy (bakłażan nie będzie miał gorzkawego posmaku).

KROK 5:
Skrapiamy go obficie oliwą z oliwek.

KROK 6:
Czosnek kroimy w cieniutkie plasterki i wkładamy je pomiędzy nacięcia. Odrobinę solimy i dodajemy świeżo mielony pieprz, oraz posypujemy ziołami prowansalskimi.

KROK 7:
Bakłażana wkładamy do naczynia żaroodpornego (blaszki)  nacięciami do góry i pieczemy około 45 minut.

KROK 8:
Z granata wydobywamy nasionka.

KROK 9:
Ser feta kroimy w cieniutkie kawałeczki.

KROK 10:
Po upieczeniu bakłażana posypujemy pestkami granatu, kawałeczkami sera feta i ozdabiamy kiełkami. Całość na koniec delikatnie skrapiamy oliwą.
