Coś pysznego i zdrowego, a do tego szybkiego do zrobienia?

Oto mój ulubiony deserek. Zdrowy, smaczny i bez cukru. Potrzebny będzie tylko jogurt, truskawki i nasiona chia. Jeśli ich nie znasz, to gorąco zachęcam do wprowadzenia ich do swoich posiłków. Warto wiedzieć, że nasiona chia (szałwia hiszpańska) cenione są za swoje właściwości odżywcze w wielu regionach świata. Podobno zawierają więcej kwasów omega-3 niż hodowlany łosoś atlantycki, więcej wapnia niż mleko i więcej żelaza niż szpinak. Obniżają ciśnienie krwi (potas), są bogate w błonnik, koją nerwy (magnez), wzmacniają kości (fosfor). W połączeniu z jogurtem i truskawkami tworzą deser pełen witamin i minerałów. Polecam!!!

Przepis na 3 porcje.

Składniki:
– 1 duży jogurt
– 2 łyżki nasion chia
– w okresie zimowym pół opakowania mrożonych truskawek

Przygotowanie:
KROK 1:
Truskawki rozmrażamy. Blendujemy na mus.

KROK 2:
2 łyżki nasion chia zalewamy jogurtem. Mieszamy i odstawiamy na 10 minut.

 

KROK 3:
Jogurt z nasionami przekładamy do salaterek.

KROK 4:
Na wierzch delikatnie wlewamy mus. Ozdabiamy listkiem mięty.
